Essex 2020 is a year-long, county-wide celebration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) in Essex.

Inspired by the prestigious British Science Festival, which comes to Essex for the first time in its 189-year history, Essex 2020 will present a 12-month programme of STEAM-related schools competitions, exhibitions, festivals, performances, talks, workshops, conferences, trails to inspire a future workforce.

IDEAS INTO ACTION is a free networking and information event for businesses based in Essex, or with a footprint in the county.

Meet and hear from creative, tech and science enterprises and entrepreneurs who recognise the opportunity for Essex2020 to be a launchpad of innovation, collaboration and discovery.

Speak to organisers and potential collaborators, who will help you find an opportunity to get involved.

Learn about opportunities for investment and partnership to boost innovation and STEAM skills in the region.
