Crowdfunding – Tiago Botelho

The amount of money raised through crowdfunding grows from year to year. But how does crowdfunding actually work? What are the risks and benefits? And how has crowdfunding impacted the wider business landscape?

Tiago joined Norwich Business School as a Lecturer in Business Strategy in 2015. Research interests including entrepreneurial finance and methodological applications.

Fostering creativity in your organisation – Ieva Martinaityte

Individual, group and organisational factors can facilitate or inhibit creativity and innovation. Ieva will discuss how employers can design employee journeys using creative thinking to best attract and retain staff.

Ieva’s research focuses on examining how and under what conditions creativity and innovation is linked to business financial performance and other important organisational outcomes. Prior to joining Norwich Business School, Ieva spent several years in industry, working as a sales area manager and later as a sales trainer and consultant.
